Every organization tells us that their people are their most important assets.\u00a0 However, rarely do their actions match their words.\u00a0 Plus, who wants to be referred to as an \u201casset\u201d.\u00a0 There\u2019s something inanimate about this descriptor.<\/p>\n

To attract and keep great people demands a culture that shares their values and respects them for who they are.\u00a0 Their efforts must be genuinely acknowledged and appreciated.\u00a0 At Kittle\u2019s, our culture is based on having a servant mentality.\u00a0 Servant leadership teaches that everyone can lead, and everyone works for everyone else. \u00a0I come to work every day and work for all 285 of my fellow associates.\u00a0 Each is counting on me to do my job, as I am counting on them.\u00a0\u00a0 We treat others as we would want to be treated.\u00a0 We are fair, consistent and treat one another with respect.\u00a0 This is who we are.<\/p>\n
