Napa Valley Style<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Having created six previous Home-A-Rama masterpieces, Thomas Myers felt this year he had an advantage because he felt more connected to the style. He has previously visited Napa Valley, seen the homes and understands that particular look\u2026simply put he knew what he was doing.<\/p>\n

As soon as the framing on the house was complete, it sold. The buyer hadn\u2019t even met Myers yet, but they were already on the same page. The buyer had pinned ideas to her Pinterest board that Myers had on his, match made! Myers believes that the architecture of the home is its truest strength. The fireplace is constructed of waste-scraps of limestone from the exterior, totally salvaged and repurposed inside. Following the architecture as a guide to staging the home is Myer\u2019s strategy to success. \u201cHow are they going to live here?\u201d Is the question he poses to himself. Assuring that the functionality of the home is at peak performance.<\/p>\n

It was important to the buyer to have a \u201cwow\u201d kitchen, and with the farmhouse sink, beautiful white marble, butler\u2019s pantry, built-in-fridge and espresso machine\u2026I\u2019d say it was a significant \u201cwow\u201d (and I didn\u2019t even mention the backsplash, dual-ovens and vast amount of storage\u2026wait). When asked what his favorite part of this project was, Myers spoke highly of the kitchen and the corresponding open living space.<\/p>\n

The accessories that filled the home were aimed to have a \u201ccollected feel\u201d – something normally achieved over time. This amplifies the comfort-level of any space. \u201cThere is such a thing as over decoration\u2026\u201d The bathrooms in the home were kept simple, with beautiful tile, rich paint, and pristine sinks.\u201cThe house needs to reflect it\u2019s Owner.\u201d Simple but powerful advice, finding your personality and letting it shine through your home!<\/p>\n
