This merchandise is being manufactured especially for you. Requests for cancellation will be accepted prior to Delivery with 30% of the full Purchase Price retained as a Re-Stocking Fee.
Requests for cancellation of regular Stock Merchandise will be accepted prior to Delivery and the Full Purchase Price will be Refunded.
Acceptance of the delivery of any Mattresses finalizes the sale and no pick-ups, returns, or refunds can be made. We offer to pick-up used Mattresses and box springs at no additional charge, but we reserve the right to refuse pick-up on any items that our delivery drivers deem to be in an unacceptable condition.
PILLOWS, CUT YARDAGE, TABLE PADS:
These items will be shipped directly to your home and are NOT subject to cancellation.
May be cancelled within 3 days of purchase. We have a 7 day return policy if you receive a rug and wish to return it. You will need to notify our store for return authorization and be responsible for the freight back to the manufacturer.
At Kittle's we are committed to insuring your satisfaction through our Service Department. We will provide repair service for manufacturer defects under the terms stated in the manufacturer's warranty.
Kittle's reserves the right to:
- Inspect damaged merchandise
- Provide service in your home, our warehouse or at the factory
- Furniture replacements require authorization by the manufacturer. Should a replacement be authorized and the original product is no longer available, you will be authorized to reselect any item up to the original purchase amount. If your original order was purchased on an extended finance promotion, your replacement items will qualify for the same finance promotion.
There are no refunds, exchanges or service calls provided on clearance merchandise.
Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not guarantee their products for shrinkage, color fastness, pilling or durability. Therefore, we are not able to guarantee fabrics.
All of our Mattresses manufacturers warrant against structural defects. This warranty is between you and the manufacturer and all manufacturer decisions are final. No manufacturer warrants or guarantees comfort, nor can Kittle's. Mattresses cannot be exchanged or returned without authorization from the manufacturer. Acceptance of the delivery of any Mattresses finalizes the sale and no pick-ups, returns, or refunds can be made.
Please carefully inspect all accessories before you take them with you. We do not service any accessories after they are taken from the store.
Some manufacturers have extended warranties against defective parts. Manufacturers' warranties are subject to transportation and labor fees.
If you relocate to an area outside of the normal service areas and are in need of repair on an item, please note that it becomes your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product directly, work through a local dealer to get their warranty work done or return the product to Kittle's for repairs with the responsibilities of all shipping, handling, and freight charges.
When making arrangements to pick-up merchandise, please call ahead to verify that it is at our Distribution Center or at the appropriate pick-up location. Click here for a complete list of locations and store hours. Merchandise picked up at any Kittle's location will be in it's original carton or packing. Any assembly required or returns of picked up merchandise will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items will not be opened and inspected at the Distribution Center prior to or during the time of pick-up.
We will gladly assist you in loading your merchandise, and supply twine that you may use to secure it. However, for liability purposes, Kittle's associates will not tie-down your trunk or secure any merchandise to your vehicle.
Also, be certain to bring a Valid Photo I.D. and a copy of your Sales Ticket, as both are required and must be verified before your order can be released.
Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be scheduled for delivery or pick up within 30 days. Although we have a limited amount of space in our warehouse, storage of (paid in full) merchandise past 30 days may be arranged for a 3% per month fee based on the merchandise purchase price. Payment for storage is required before the furniture is delivered or picked up.
Request for cancellation of Custom Ordered Merchandise will be accepted prior to delivery, with 30% of the Purchase Price retained as Re-stocking Fee. Request for cancellation of Stock Merchandise may be made prior to Delivery, and the Full Purchase Price will be Refunded.
